1) What this service does

playbookopsin.com provides an itinerary-planning service that helps you compile a draft route, select activities, and request confirmation of arrangements with relevant operators or suppliers.

We do not guarantee availability, prices, or that any booking will be completed. Final booking depends on the operator/supplier’s confirmation and the terms applicable to the specific tourist service.

2) Tourist services terms and required disclosures

Before the booking/contract for tourist services, the operator (and agent, if applicable) must disclose accurate, legible, clear information about the terms of the tourist services and provide proper identification in the offered materials.

If your landing page drives users to an offer/public contract (oferta) for tour services, it must present consumer-relevant terms required by Ukrainian tourism law in a clear, accessible form before contract conclusion.

3) Information for consumers (distance/online)

For consumer agreements concluded online/distance, we provide necessary, accessible, reliable, and timely information in Ukrainian, including product/service and seller/provider details required by the consumer protection regime.

4) Requests, confirmations, and timing

When you submit a request, you ask for confirmation from relevant parties. Confirmation, if provided, will be subject to the availability and terms of the specific tourist services.

We may need time to prepare or forward your request. Unless a different timeframe is stated in the relevant offer/contract, we do not guarantee response times.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, playbookopsin.com is not responsible for failures, delays, cancellations, changes in itineraries, or service quality issues caused by third-party operators/suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

6) Acceptable use

• You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to interfere with its operation.
• You must provide accurate information when submitting requests.
• You must not attempt to access areas or data that are not intended for you.

7) Advertising and discounts

If we present pricing, promotions, or discounts, we will ensure advertising identification and discount transparency, including making the discount term visible and avoiding misleading statements.
